In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment, testing, and release processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Administer and optimize configuration management and automation solutions, with deep expertise in Ansible and Bitbucket.
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Implement security, compliance, and vulnerability management practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiency and delivery speed.
- Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Mentor junior engineers and champion DevOps best practices throughout the organization.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Bitbucket and Ansible.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environments
- Azure and/or AWS certifications.
- Experience implementing security and compliance controls within DevOps workflows.
- Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineering teams.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering practices.
