Main Responsibilities
Internal Systems Development & Administration

- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Claude to accelerate development, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and support Azure solutions integrated with on-premises systems (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Entra ID, storage, monitoring).
- Ensure secure connectivity, identity management, and reliable data flows across the hybrid environment.
- Use GitHub for version control/CI-CD and Jira to manage development work and operational initiatives.
- Design systems and automations with cybersecurity and NERC CIP requirements in mind, supporting auditability, access controls, and evidence collection.
- Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to identify risks and implement compensating controls.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience building and integrating IT operations platforms (service desk, documentation, asset management, RMM/endpoint tools); ManageEngine and IT Glue experience highly preferred.
- Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premises environments, particularly Microsoft Azure; familiarity with NERC CIP or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Strong automation/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar), REST APIs, and Azure development (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Entra ID).
- Proficiency with GitHub, Jira, and demonstrated ability to use Copilot/Claude to accelerate development and documentation.
- Understanding of identity management, access controls, and security hardening of IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
