If your career is just starting, hasn’t followed a traditional path, or includes alternative experiences, don’t let it stop you from applying.
Why AWS? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. We pioneered cloud computing and never stopped innovating — that’s why customers from the most successful startups to Global 500 companies trust our robust suite of products and services to power their businesses.
Inclusive Team Culture Here at AWS, it’s in our nature to learn and be curious. Our employee-led affinity groups foster a culture of inclusion that empower us to be proud of our differences. Ongoing events and learning experiences, including our Conversations on Race and Ethnicity (CORE) and AmazeCon conferences, inspire us to never stop embracing our uniqueness.

Work/Life Balance We value work-life harmony. Achieving success at work should never come at the expense of sacrifices at home, which is why we strive for flexibility as part of our working culture. When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve in the cloud. Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
- 7+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience
- 5+ years of software development with object oriented language experience
- 5+ years of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) experience
- 5+ years of IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role experience
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph Preferred Qualifications: - Experience designing data integration pipelines that ingest, normalize, and fuse data from multiple analysis disciplines into unified analytical environments — including data formats, metadata standards, and correlating structured and unstructured data from disparate sources.
- Hands-on DevOps experience — CI/CD for model training and deployment workflows, infrastructure-as-code for reproducible experiment environments, container orchestration, and GitOps-based deployment patterns connecting mission workflows to platform infrastructure.
- Experience creating tutorials, worked examples, and reference architectures for AI/ML platforms — building a knowledge base that enables users with varying levels of platform familiarity to onboard and execute workflows independently.
- Deep hands-on experience across the AI/ML lifecycle — including data preparation, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment — on large GPU accelerated platforms, with demonstrated ability to work across multiple model architectures (LLMs, vision, multimodal).
- Experience translating AI/ML expertise into mission or business outcomes for non-ML audiences — including helping users adopt complex platforms and designing domain-specific workflows.
