Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to work for our company.

Summary: 

  • Client Agency is the Defense Logistics Agency.
  • Drives strategy, oversees architecture of continuous integration and deployment, and monitors across technologies. 
  • Defines Scrum Agile methodology for large scale clients. 
  • Serves as the engineer of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment. 
  • Uses scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems.

Requirements: 

  •  Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
  • Five (5) year of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • CSP Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure SA, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Experience defining Scrum Agile methodologies for large scale clients.
  • Experience in leading DevOps methodologies, implementing Test Driven Development (TDD) Methodologies, and driving automated software development lifecycle toolchain.
  • Experience with deployments in both on premise and cloud environments.
  • Experience as the engineer of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment.
  • Experience with DevOps services using infrastructure as a service provider (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, RackSpace / OpenStack).
  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., TFS, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, LVM).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., LXC, Docker, Rocket, OpenShift).
