Tenant & Shared-Service Support
Support standardized tenant infrastructure and reusable environment patterns.
Partner with Infrastructure-as-Code engineers to ensure infrastructure can be provisioned and maintained through controlled, repeatable automation.
Support platform services including identity, CI/CD, observability, repositories, and mission-hosting dependencies.
Participate in Tier 3/4 troubleshooting and escalation for complex infrastructure and application-platform issues.
Participate in scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and ongoing platform lifecycle activities.
Support on-call responsibilities for production infrastructure and platform services.
