As a Senior IAM DevOps Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and enhance Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms
Analyze, remediate, and improve existing IAM services to enhance security, compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency
Automate IAM processes and control activities to reduce manual effort and improve service reliability
Develop and maintain IAM workflows, configurations, integrations, scripts, and automation solutions
Support identity lifecycle management activities including onboarding, access provisioning, access modification, and deprovisioning
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM platform issues, integrations, and service-related challenges
Improve IAM service quality through continuous enhancements, monitoring, and engineering best practices
Strengthen audit readiness by improving control effectiveness, evidencing, traceability, and compliance processes
Translate operational issues, technical risks, and control findings into sustainable IAM solutions
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Security teams, Risk & Compliance teams, architects, and engineering teams

What You Bring to the Table:

Extensive experience as an IAM Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Software Engineer within complex enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions
Strong understanding of IAM principles including provisioning, deprovisioning, access governance, access certification, reconciliation, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and Segregation of Duties
Strong proficiency in SQL with experience analyzing, validating, and improving IAM-related datasets
Experience with SQL Server, APIs, web services, scripting, automation tools, job services, data mapping, and system integrations
Experience designing, improving, and supporting IAM workflows, jobs, connectors, and application integrations
Experience automating IAM operational activities, control execution, monitoring, and reporting processes
Strong understanding of security, governance, risk, and compliance requirements in IAM environments
Experience working in regulated environments with focus on traceability, audit readiness, and operational controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements
Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
