About INFINNI
INFINNI is the infrastructure behind the creator economy. We're already the leading CRM in our category, with thousands of creators and creator businesses running their operations on our platform. Now we're building the next layer of products, AI-powered tools, big-data and infrastructure purpose-built for creators.
We're a global team of 180+ builders at the rare inflection point where a category leader becomes a category-defining platform. The decisions we make in the next 18 months will shape an industry.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and platform tooling. You'll design and run production systems on AWS and Kubernetes, build CI/CD workflows that teams love to use, and help shape how we bring AI-assisted engineering into our day-to-day work. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll make architectural decisions, set standards, and mentor others on the team.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS, including ECS, MSK, ECR, and related services.
- Run and maintain production Kubernetes clusters, covering deployment strategies, scaling, observability, and upgrades.
- Set up, administer, and continuously improve our GitLab instance and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive GitOps practices across the organization so that infrastructure and application changes are versioned, reviewed, and reproducible.
- Manage infrastructure as code and keep environments consistent and auditable.
- Build and maintain containerized workloads with Docker, with a focus on image security, size, and build performance.
- Integrate and operate identity and access management solutions, including Keycloak.
- Write tooling, automation, and glue code to remove manual work and improve developer experience.
- Use LLM-based coding tools (such as Claude Code or Codex) effectively in your own workflow, and help the team adopt them in a safe, productive way.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and ongoing reliability improvements.
- Tune and troubleshoot database performance, from slow queries to indexing and capacity planning.
- Build out observability across our services, including metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.
What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Senior DevOps Engineer or SRE.
- Strong, hands-on AWS experience, particularly with ECS, MSK, ECR, and the surrounding ecosystem (IAM, VPC networking, and so on).
- Solid production experience with Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to set up and administer CI/CD systems, specifically GitLab and GitLab pipelines.
- A good understanding of GitOps principles and best practices.
- In-depth Docker knowledge.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java preferred, Python or Go also welcome.
- Practical experience using LLM coding assistants such as Claude Code or Codex as part of your engineering workflow.
Nice to have
- Experience with Pulumi for infrastructure as code.
- Experience deploying, configuring, or integrating Keycloak.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
- Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar data stores.
- A track record of designing and operating high-availability systems (redundancy, failover, zero-downtime deployments).
- Experience with LLM gateways (for example, routing, rate limiting, cost tracking, or access control for LLM APIs).
What's in it for you
- Competitive salary: Attractive compensation and relocation package commensurate with experience and skills. Bonus Beckham Law tax rate if you are moving to Spain for the first time.
- Remote work and yearly company offsite: We offer flexible working hours and location options (work remotely within the Canary Islands, or from our two offices in Tenerife).
- Professional growth: Opportunities for career advancement and personal development in a fast-growing company.
- Inclusive culture: Be part of a diverse and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.
- Direct Impact: working with a team focused within a high-growth SaaS company helping creators thrive!
